Why Become an MCA Member?

We are grateful when a resident of our community decides to become a dues-paying MCA member.

Your membership dues go towards maintaining the pedestrian path, community safety patrols, and enhanced community engagement.  Substantial sums are required for tree and brush maintenance that keep our community fire hardened.   And while we’re emphasizing water-wise, fire-resistant natural vegetation in all our maintained areas, our LADWP water bills are still staggeringly high.  Your dues fund MCA's efforts to enhance and protect our natural environment.

Here's some other good news:  your dues will help us resume the happy practice of holding in-person community meetings!

Your dues also help MCA serve as a regional leader in thought and deed, including our membership with regional organizations like the Brentwood Community Council and the Hillside Foundation.
